This page explains how Mr ANGUS DEIGHTON, trading as ArcOS (ABN 16 583 838 771), handles information submitted through the RunArcOS website.
Our forms may collect your name, email, phone number, business website, and revenue or advertising spend range. On the free ads form at /meta, we save the details you enter as you go, including incomplete or invalid entries, even if you do not press the final submit button. We also record form errors, submission attempts, ad attribution and calendar loading and booking events.
We use this information to prepare for your call, reply to your enquiry, send booking or follow up messages, and improve the website and offer. Incomplete /meta form details and diagnostic events are stored privately with Cloudflare and expire after 30 days. Saving progress does not itself subscribe you to marketing, send an email or count as a completed enquiry. Contact details in these progress records are not sent to Meta or Clarity; form fields remain masked in Clarity. Completed enquiries and bookings are retained separately to provide the service.
To run the site, booking flow, email notifications, and advertising measurement, your details may pass through service providers such as Cloudflare, Resend, cal.com, and Meta. We do not sell your personal information.
The live site may use browser and server side measurement to understand which ads and pages generate enquiries. This can include cookies, hashed contact details, event IDs, and page visit data.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing angus@deighton.cc.
We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.
